The LG V50 ThinQ has a score of 83.7, which is a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8's overall score of 79.5. LG V50 ThinQ is an a lot older device than the Asus ROG Phone 8, but LG was able to build it just a bit thinner and lighter. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG V50 ThinQ has an older 10 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a bit sharper screen than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and much lesser pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bit bigger display. The LG V50 ThinQ has a much greater memory for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

LG V50 ThinQ features a much more powerful processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much longer battery life than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a greater camera than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a way tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light images, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor, a way better 7680x4320 video quality and a way higher 50 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
