Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone II has a global score of 88, which is slightly better than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate's score of 81.2. The Asus ROG Phone II construction is just a little thinner than the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, but it is a bit heavier and was released many years before. Asus ROG Phone II features a bit more vivid screen than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a lot worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit lower pixel quantity per inch in the display.
The Asus ROG Phone II and the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate both count with incredibly similar memory capacity to install applications and games, both have exactly the same 512 GB internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone II has a very superior processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has less RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate features a battery performance that's very similar to Asus ROG Phone II's battery life. Asus ROG Phone II features a slightly better camera than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a way smaller camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors, a less megapixels back camera and a much worse 3840x2160 video quality.
