The Asus ROG Phone II has a score of 88, which is much better than the LG Q70's 77.9 score. Even being the best in this review, the Asus ROG Phone II design is thicker and heavier than the LG Q70. Asus ROG Phone II features a little better processing power than LG Q70, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone II also has 8 GB more RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone II features a little more vivid display than LG Q70, because although it has a little inferior number of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a quite bigger screen and a slightly higher 1080 x 2340px resolution. The Asus ROG Phone II has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than LG Q70, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory.
Asus ROG Phone II shoots better videos and photos than LG Q70, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Asus ROG Phone II also has faster video frame rate, a lot better resolution camera and a way bigger camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality.
Asus ROG Phone II features a really longer battery duration than LG Q70, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
