Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone II is much better than the Samsung Galaxy C7, with an 88 score against 77.7. Although the Asus ROG Phone II is notably newer than Samsung Galaxy C7, it's extremely thicker and heavier. The Asus ROG Phone II features a little sharper display than Galaxy C7, because it has a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a bigger display and a just a little more pixels per display inch.
