The Asus ROG Phone II is a bit better than Galaxy M40, with an 88 score against 85. Although it's the best in this review, we must tell that it is also extremely heavier and somewhat thicker. The Asus ROG Phone II features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Asus ROG Phone II also counts with a quite larger display.
The Asus ROG Phone II has a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M40, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ROG Phone II also has 6 GB more RAM. The Asus ROG Phone II has a much greater memory for applications and games than Galaxy M40, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Asus ROG Phone II takes much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same video resolution, the Asus ROG Phone II also counts with a way higher resolution camera, a lot larger sensor capturing much higher quality photographs and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
The Asus ROG Phone II features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
