Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than Asus ROG Phone II, with a 98.9 score against 88. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a newer phone, and it's also lighter and thinner than the Asus ROG Phone II. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a processor that's very similar to the Asus ROG Phone II one, they have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone II, because it has a little larger screen, more pixels per inch in the display and a better 1440 x 3088 resolution. Asus ROG Phone II counts with a better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a better camera than Asus ROG Phone II, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution, a way better video quality and a lot larger sensor providing a lot better image quality.
