Asus ROG Phone II is slightly better than the Galaxy Note 4, getting an 88 score against 81.6. The Asus ROG Phone II construction is notably newer than the Galaxy Note 4's, but it's noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker. The Asus ROG Phone II counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores.

Asus ROG Phone II has a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage.
