Asus ROG Phone II has an overall score of 88, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S9's global score of 83.3. Asus ROG Phone II's construction is newer, but way heavier and somewhat thicker than Samsung Galaxy S9. The Asus ROG Phone II has a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone II also has a higher amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S9 counts with just a bit better display than Asus ROG Phone II, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution. Asus ROG Phone II features a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus ROG Phone II has a really longer battery duration than Galaxy S9, because it has a 6000mAh battery size. Asus ROG Phone II shoots better photos and videos than Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting photos or videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Asus ROG Phone II also counts with a way more megapixels back facing camera and a way larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality.
