The Sony Xperia 1 II is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone II, having a overall score of 91 against 88. Sony Xperia 1 II's body is way lighter and thinner than the Asus ROG Phone II, even when they were released only 9 months apart. The Asus ROG Phone II counts with a bit more powerful processor than Xperia 1 II, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone II also has more RAM.
Xperia 1 II features a bit better looking display than Asus ROG Phone II, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixels count per screen inch and a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840. Sony Xperia 1 II has a bit bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone II, because although it has only 256 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
