Asus ROG Phone II has an overall score of 88, which is just a bit better than the Xperia 1 V's global score of 82.7. Although the Asus ROG Phone II is a better device than Xperia 1 V, we must tell that it's also an a lot older, somewhat thicker and way heavier device. The Sony Xperia 1 V counts with a bit more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone II, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution and a lot greater amount of pixels per screen inch.
The Asus ROG Phone II has a very superior hardware performance than Xperia 1 V. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. The Sony Xperia 1 V has a bit better camera than Asus ROG Phone II, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for taking images or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same resolution camera, the Sony Xperia 1 V also counts with a much larger back camera sensor which offers a much better photo and video quality and higher 120 fps video frame rate.
The Asus ROG Phone II features a superior memory to store more games and applications than Xperia 1 V, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone II counts with greater battery duration than Sony Xperia 1 V, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
