Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone II is much better than Xiaomi Mi Max, with an 88 score against 77.5. Asus ROG Phone II's design is a lot newer than the Xiaomi Mi Max's, but it is somewhat thicker and heavier. The Asus ROG Phone II counts with a quite superior hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Asus ROG Phone II also has more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone II has a sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution, a little bit larger display and a little bit more pixels per inch of display. The Asus ROG Phone II takes greater photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Asus ROG Phone II also has better 60 fps video frame rate, a way better 48 megapixels resolution camera and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better photography and video in low-light environments.
The Asus ROG Phone II counts with a much better storage for applications and games than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone II counts with greater battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 4850mAh.
