Comparison review
The Xperia 5 has an overall score of 81, which is slightly better than Asus ROG Phone's general score of 77.1. The Xperia 5 body is newer, just a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter than Asus ROG Phone. Asus ROG Phone has a slightly better looking screen than Sony Xperia 5, although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160px, a little smaller display and a just a bit lower pixels amount per inch of screen.
Asus ROG Phone features a bit better processing power than Xperia 5, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone also has 2 GB more RAM. Asus ROG Phone has a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Sony Xperia 5 has a much better camera than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor and slower video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia 5 also counts with a larger aperture for better low light photos and video. The Asus ROG Phone has longer battery lifetime than Xperia 5, because it has a 27% bigger battery size.
The Xperia 5 not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest, making this phone an obvious call.
