Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a global score of 87.1, which is better than the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra's 73.3 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 design is much newer and lighter than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra's, although it's noticeably thicker. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note9 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Galaxy Note9 features a brighter screen than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per screen inch and a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels. Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a bit more memory for applications and games than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 512 GB.
Galaxy Note9 shoots clearer videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, because although it has a camera with a much worse resolution and a worse video definition, it also counts with a lot larger diafragm aperture to take better photos in poorly lited environments. Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra features a little better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because it has a 15 percent more battery capacity.
