Asus ZenFone AR has an overall score of 77.4, which is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom's 76.2 score. The Asus ZenFone AR body weights the same than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, but it is thicker. Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom counts with a bit faster CPU than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores.
Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom and Asus ZenFone AR count with really similar displays, although the Asus ZenFone AR also has a greater pixels number per inch in the display, a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a little larger display. Asus ZenFone AR counts with a little bit better camera than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for shooting images or video in poorly lited environments, worse video frame rate and a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking less light and washed colors, and they both have the same video definition, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a way better resolution camera.
The Asus ZenFone AR's memory capacity to install applications and games is just as good as the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom one, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has a superior battery duration than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
