Comparison review
The Xperia XZ2 has a general score of 79.1, which is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom's 76.2 score. The Xperia XZ2 design is newer, but somewhat heavier and way thicker than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom. The Xperia XZ2 features a little more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, because it has a just a little greater screen density, a brighter screen, a slightly better 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little larger display.
Sony Xperia XZ2 features a bit superior processing unit than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom. Both have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM. The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Sony Xperia XZ2 takes much clearer videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also counts with faster video frame rate, a much more MP camera in the back and a larger sensor providing a higher image quality.
Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom features a way better battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
