The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has an overall score of 87.1, which is better than Asus ZenFone 4's global score of 74.2. Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a newer phone than Asus ZenFone 4, although it is heavier and thicker. Samsung Galaxy Note9 has just a little better processing power than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a larger amount of RAM.

The Galaxy Note9 features a bit more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a way better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels, a higher display pixel density and a larger display. The Asus ZenFone 4 features a slightly better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note9, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same size back camera sensor, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photography and better video frame rates.
