Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ2 has a score of 79.1, which is slightly better than Asus ZenFone 5Q's 72.6 score. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison, it must be noted that it is also noticeably thicker and somewhat heavier. The Xperia XZ2 counts with a little more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2160px resolution, the Xperia XZ2 also counts with a little bit greater pixels density.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 has a bit superior CPU than Asus ZenFone 5Q. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU. The Asus ZenFone 5Q has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Asus ZenFone 5Q also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 5Q, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rates, a larger aperture to take better images in low-light situations and a back-facing camera with more megapixels.
The Asus ZenFone 5Q has a bit longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has a 4 percent bigger battery capacity.
