Comparison review
Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 5Q, with a overall score of 79.6 against 72.6. Although the Xperia XZ3 is a better phone than Asus ZenFone 5Q, we must highlight that it's also heavier and thicker. Xperia XZ3 counts with a little faster processing unit than Asus ZenFone 5Q. They have a Octa-Core processor and a 4 GB RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ3 features a sharper screen than Asus ZenFone 5Q, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xperia XZ3 also has a better display density and a better 1440 x 2880px resolution. Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a little bit better camera than Asus ZenFone 5Q, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has a back facing camera with a higher resolution and a larger camera aperture to capture better photography and videos in poorly lited environments.
Asus ZenFone 5Q has a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 5Q also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xperia XZ3 has a battery lifetime that's just as good as the Asus ZenFone 5Q one, although the Xperia XZ3 also has a 3330mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Asus ZenFone 5Q, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Asus ZenFone 5Q. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xperia XZ3, else you can save some dollars and buy the Asus ZenFone 5Q, giving up a couple specs and features.
