The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a score of 77.8, which is a bit better than the Motorola Droid Turbo's 76.4 general score. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has the older 11 version while Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s design is way newer and thinner, but a bit heavier than the Motorola Droid Turbo.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Droid Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores. Motorola Droid Turbo features a sharper screen than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better count of pixels per inch of display.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features a much better storage to install applications and games than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and more internal memory capacity. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) takes much better pictures and videos than Motorola Droid Turbo, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a bigger camera aperture, a much more mega-pixels camera in the back and higher video frame rate.

If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Motorola Droid Turbo, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
