Comparison review

The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a global score of 77.8, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8's 76 overall score. Although it's the best we are comparing, Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s design is older, just a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker than OnePlus 8. The OnePlus 8 has a bit better display than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), because it has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a little bit bigger display and a little higher pixel quantity in each display inch.

Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than OnePlus 8, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) and OnePlus 8 have incredibly similar processing units, and although the OnePlus 8 has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.

The OnePlus 8 shoots a bit better videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019). They have the same camera sensor size, a back facing camera with a 48 megapixels resolution, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same aperture. The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features greater battery life than OnePlus 8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4300mAh.

Although Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 8. If you want to save some money, you can buy OnePlus 8, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
