The Galaxy C9 Pro has a general score of 81, which is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s 77.8 overall score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy C9 Pro has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has Android 11, so it gives a couple additional features.
