The Asus ZenFone 7 body is newer than Galaxy A60's, although it's somewhat thicker and notably heavier.

Asus ZenFone 7 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A60, because although it has a just a bit lower display density, it also counts with a quite bigger screen and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
