Asus ZenFone 8 is a bit better than the Motorola Edge 50, with a score of 83 against 81.2. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Asus ZenFone 8 has an older 11 version and Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14. The Asus ZenFone 8 is an a lot older and somewhat thicker phone than Motorola Edge 50, but Asus could make it a bit lighter anyway.

Motorola Edge 50 features just a bit better looking display than Asus ZenFone 8, because although it has a bit worse screen density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels, a little larger screen and more brightness. Motorola Edge 50 has a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has 256 GB internal storage.

Asus ZenFone 8 features an extremely better processor than Motorola Edge 50, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Motorola Edge 50 has better battery performance than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. Asus ZenFone 8 captures clearer videos and photos than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor, and they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Asus ZenFone 8 also counts with a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality and a much more mega pixels back camera.
