Asus ZenFone 8 has an overall score of 83, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star's global score of 82.1. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Asus ZenFone 8 has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version. Asus ZenFone 8's construction is noticeably newer and somewhat lighter, but thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star.
The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star. They have 8 CPU cores and the same RAM memory amount.
