Comparison review
Asus ZenFone AR is a bit better than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, having a score of 77.4 against 76.2. Asus ZenFone AR's construction has the same weight than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, but it is thicker. Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has a bit faster processing unit than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores (although they are slower).
The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom and Asus ZenFone AR feature really similar screens, although the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has a way worse 1080 x 1920px resolution, a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen and a quite smaller display. Asus ZenFone AR captures slightly better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for taking photographs and video in poorly lited environments, a tinier sensor offering a lower image quality and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a back facing camera with much more mega pixels.
Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom and Asus ZenFone AR both have very similar memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, they have equal 128 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has a much better battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
