The Xiaomi 12 has a global score of 78.8, which is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone AR's score of 77.4. Although the Xiaomi 12 is just a bit heavier than the Asus ZenFone AR, it's a bit thinner and way newer. The Xiaomi 12 features a bit better screen than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per display inch and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a bit larger display.
Asus ZenFone AR features a way bigger storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Asus ZenFone AR also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone AR has a very superior hardware performance than Xiaomi 12, although it has lesser RAM and lesser CPU cores.
The Xiaomi 12 features a lot better camera than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a lot better 7680x4320 video definition, a way larger sensor providing a much better image quality, a back-facing camera with way more MP and a bigger camera aperture for better photography and videos in low light situations.
