Comparison review
The Asus ZenFone AR is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi MIX, with a score of 77.4 against 76.2. The Asus ZenFone AR body is newer and somewhat lighter, but also somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Mi MIX. Asus ZenFone AR counts with a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX has a processor that's just as good as Asus ZenFone AR's processing unit, and although the Xiaomi Mi MIX has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Quad-Core processing unit. Asus ZenFone AR has a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Asus ZenFone AR also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Asus ZenFone AR takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has worse 24 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition and a same size diafragm aperture, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a bigger back camera sensor taking better quality videos and photos and a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX features superior battery life than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a 33% larger battery capacity.
