The Asus ZenFone AR has a general score of 77.4, which is a bit better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1)'s 73.1 score. Despite of the fact Asus ZenFone AR is older and just a little thicker than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), it's body is still a little bit lighter. Asus ZenFone AR counts with a little more vivid display than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a greater count of pixels per screen inch.
Asus ZenFone AR has a greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB, the Asus ZenFone AR also has 128 GB internal memory. The Asus ZenFone AR has a bit better processing unit than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), because although it has lesser processing cores , it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory.
Asus ZenFone AR takes just a bit better photos and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 24 fps video frame rates, the Asus ZenFone AR also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and videos in low light situations and a lot more megapixels back-facing camera.
