The Samsung Galaxy A80 is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), getting a score of 84.9 against 77.4. Despite being the best in this comparison review, Samsung Galaxy A80 is a somewhat thicker and way heavier cellphone than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2). Samsung Galaxy A80 and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) feature really similar processors, and although the Samsung Galaxy A80 has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy A80, because although it has a little smaller display and a little lower 1080 x 2280px resolution, it also counts with a quite better display density. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games than Galaxy A80, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Samsung Galaxy A80 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A80 also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor and a back camera with much more megapixels.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has superior battery lifetime than Galaxy A80, because it has a 35 percent more battery capacity.
