The LG G2 is much better than Asus ZenFone Max, having a overall score of 73.6 against 62.2. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but LG G2 has the older 4.4.2 version and Asus ZenFone Max has Android 5.0. The LG G2 body is somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter than Asus ZenFone Max, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
LG G2 has a way better looking screen than Asus ZenFone Max, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a lot better display pixel density. Asus ZenFone Max counts with a bit bigger memory for applications and games than LG G2, although it has just 16 GB internal memory.
The LG G2 features a quite better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone Max, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the LG G2 also has an extra graphics co-processor and a greater number of cores (and they are faster). The Asus ZenFone Max counts with a very superior battery performance than LG G2, because it has a 67% greater battery size.
The LG G2 has a bit better camera than Asus ZenFone Max, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for shooting images and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video definition and the same resolution camera in the back, the LG G2 also counts with higher 60 fps video frame rate.
The LG G2 costs the same than Asus ZenFone Max.
