The BlackBerry Torch 9800 is a bit better than AT&T Avail 2, getting a overall score of 46.3 against 43.2. The BlackBerry Torch 9800 has BlackBerry 6.0.x OS, while AT&T Avail 2 has Android 4.1.1 OS. The BlackBerry Torch 9800 body is way thicker and way heavier than AT&T Avail 2. The AT&T Avail 2 counts with just a little better processing power than BlackBerry Torch 9800, and although they both have the same number of cores and 512 MB of RAM, the AT&T Avail 2 also has an extra graphics processor.

AT&T Avail 2 features a little sharper screen than BlackBerry Torch 9800, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 480 x 320 and a little worse screen pixel density, it also counts with a bit bigger display.
