HTC Explorer is just a bit better than AT&T Avail 2, having a general score of 46.4 against 43.2. The HTC Explorer body is thicker but lighter than AT&T Avail 2. These devices include Android operating system, but the HTC Explorer has older 2.3 version and AT&T Avail 2 has Android 4.1.1 version.
