The HTC Touch Cruise has an overall score of 41.1, which is a bit better than AT&T Impulse 4G's 37.7 overall score. HTC Touch Cruise has Windows Mobile Professional 6.0 operating system, and AT&T Impulse 4G has Android 2.2 operating system. Although it's the best cellphone in this comparison review, the HTC Touch Cruise construction is older, just a bit heavier and extremely thicker than the AT&T Impulse 4G.

The HTC Touch Cruise counts with a more powerful processor than AT&T Impulse 4G. Both of them have a Single-Core CPU. AT&T Impulse 4G counts with a much sharper display than HTC Touch Cruise, because it has a lot higher 800 x 480 resolution, a lot larger display and much more pixels per inch of screen.

AT&T Impulse 4G has a lot better camera than HTC Touch Cruise, because it has a back camera with much more mega-pixels. AT&T Impulse 4G counts with much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC Touch Cruise. AT&T Impulse 4G counts with just a little better battery performance than HTC Touch Cruise, because it has a 1500mAh battery size against 1350mAh.

In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the HTC Touch Cruise is also a lot cheaper.
