The Moto G5 Plus is slightly better than the BlackBerry Passport, getting a 74.6 score against 68.7. Moto G5 Plus's design is a little bit thicker but way lighter than the BlackBerry Passport. BlackBerry Passport features a little bit better processing power than Moto G5 Plus, because although it has a lower number of cores and 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

BlackBerry Passport counts with a more vivid screen than Moto G5 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1440 x 1440 resolution, the BlackBerry Passport also counts with a little more pixels per display inch. The Moto G5 Plus features much more memory capacity for applications and games than BlackBerry Passport, and although they both have an external SD slot that supports up to 128 GB, the Moto G5 Plus also has 32 GB more internal storage capacity.

BlackBerry Passport has a bit superior battery life than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, because it has a 3450mAh battery capacity. Moto G5 Plus counts with a bit better camera than BlackBerry Passport, because although it has a back facing camera with lesser MP, it also counts with a way better 3840x2160 video quality and a bigger aperture for better captures in low light environments.

The Moto G5 Plus is a bit more expensive than BlackBerry Passport, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
