BlackBerry Passport Review

BlackBerry Passport is a high-level BlackBerry phone, featuring a 4.5" touch-screen, an exceptional Quad-Core CPU speeding at 2200 megahertz, and two cameras, a 13 MP back camera and a 2 megapixels front facing camera.

Blackberry decided to power the BlackBerry Passport using an extremely powerful Quad-Core processing unit clocking at 2.2 gigahertz, included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 8974-AA chip and a large 3 GB of RAM memory. Handling graphic intensive applications and games, it also uses an Adreno 330 GPU speeding at 450 megahertz. An excellent feature of the BlackBerry Passport is its big 32 GB internal memory and an SD extension slot, allowing you to install lots of applications, games, photos and videos without even thinking about how much storage capacity is left.

This cellphone is a bit heavy comparing to other devices , with a weight of 6.91 ounces. The BlackBerry Passport is only available in black color. Being just 0.37" thick,this phone is thin and practical.

This cellphone is equipped with two cameras, a 13 MP back-facing camera and a 2 MP front side camera. The BlackBerry Passport can also shoot Full HD 1920x1080 videos at 60 fps. The camera also counts with lots of amazing characteristics: flash, auto-focus, digital image stabilization, fast burst mode, face detection shooting, optical image stabilization, HDR mode and geo tagging.

This phone uses a Nano SIM card to use GSM services.

This cellphone has an awesome 3450 mAh Li-Ion non-replaceable battery that provides this phone a marvelous battery duration. Blackberry claims this cellphone has a 432 hours stand by time and a 18 hs talk time. An issue to take into account is that this phone's battery is not removable so you can't throw it away and buy a new one when it begins to lose capacity, though having 3450 mAh you will probably replace this device before that happens.

This phone also comes with a lot of useful characteristics like NFC (Near Field Communication), Bluetooth, GPS and Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
