The Galaxy A8 Star has a general score of 82.1, which is much better than the Blackview BV8900's 73.1 general score. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Blackview BV8900 has Android 13. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy A8 Star is incredibly older than Blackview BV8900, it's design is much thinner and noticeably lighter.

The Blackview BV8900 features a much bigger storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy A8 Star captures much better videos and photos than Blackview BV8900, although it has a camera in the back with way less MP resolution.
Blackview BV8900 features a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a 181 percent larger battery size.
