Samsung Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is much better than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12's score of 71.5. The Samsung Galaxy M31 construction is just a little bit lighter but a little bit thicker than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M31 has the older 11 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version.
