Galaxy Note9 is much better than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, with an 87.1 score against 71.5. Galaxy Note9 is a just a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier cellphone than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12. The Galaxy Note9 features a little faster processing unit than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
