The HTC DROID Incredible 2 has a global score of 52.2, which is a bit better than the BLU Dash C Music's score of 47.6. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the HTC DROID Incredible 2 has 2.3.4 version while BLU Dash C Music has Android 4.4.2 version.
