The Samsung Galaxy S4 is better than the BLU G9 Pro, getting a 77.3 score against 67. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S4 has older 4.4.2 version while BLU G9 Pro has Android 9.0 Pie version. Samsung Galaxy S4 is an older cellphone than BLU G9 Pro, but it is thinner and lighter anyway.
