Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is way better than BLU Neo 3.5's score of 43.5. Samsung Galaxy Note 3's design is much heavier but thinner than the BLU Neo 3.5. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version and BLU Neo 3.5 has Android 4.2 version, providing a couple additional features and performance improvements.
Galaxy Note 3 has a better performing CPU than BLU Neo 3.5, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory, 6 more cpu cores and a better 600 megahertz graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with an incredibly better display than BLU Neo 3.5, because it has a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px, way more pixels per inch of display and a much larger display.
