BLU Neo 3.5 is a low-end Android phone, with a 1.3 mega-pixels back side camera, a great performance 1 GHz Dual-Core processing unit and a medium sized 3.5" multi touch display.
This phone is available only in white color. This phone's thickness , 0.43 inches, is a little bit far from today's standards, but it still feels quite right in the user's hand. This cellphone is much lighter than what you expect from a cellphone like this.
BLU ships this cellphone with a powerful 1 GHz Dual-Core processor with as little as 256 MB of RAM memory. Graphic intensive apps and games usually uses lots of processor cycles, so this phone has an additional 500 megahertz ARM Mali-400 GPU to unload the CPU. This cellphone comes with a little 524,29 MB internal memory, which might be adequate for basic users knowing that it also has a slot for an SD memory card to store photos and videos and even some apps and games that allow external memory installation.
This cellphone includes an average 3.5" display with a 480 x 320 resolution, making everything look quite nice. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, and has multi-touch detection.
This device only features a 1.3 megapixels back-facing camera. It is also able to shoot videos in 1280x720 (HD). The camera also features face detection shooting and geo tagging.
The BLU Neo 3.5 uses a 1300 mAh medium capacity Li-Ion removable battery providing this cellphone with a poor battery duration. This phone has an aproximate 700 hs stand by time and a 15 hours talk time according to BLU.
The BLU Neo 3.5 provides wifi connectivity (and it can be shared with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot), 4G HSPA+ connection type, which is not as fast as LTE or LTE-A 4G networks and fast 3G connection type, using HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone comes with two SIM cards to be able to to use 2 different phone lines at the same time.
This device also features some nice characteristics such as Bluetooth (4.0), GPS and Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
This cellphone is really overpriced considering it is priced 249 dollars, while some similar phones are sold for much less than that.
