Comparison review
Samsung Rugby Smart has a score of 59.4, which is a little bit better than the BLU Vivo Air's general score of 54.3. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Rugby Smart has the previous 2.3.5 version while BLU Vivo Air has Android 4.4.2 version. Although it's the best device we are comparing here, Samsung Rugby Smart is a somewhat heavier and way thicker device than BLU Vivo Air.
The BLU Vivo Air has a little bit better looking display than Samsung Rugby Smart, because it has a larger display, a lot higher resolution of 1280 x 720 and a little more pixels per inch of display.
