The Samsung Galaxy S9 is much better than the BLU Vivo IV, getting an 83.3 score against 57.9. Samsung Galaxy S9's construction is heavier and incredibly thicker than the BLU Vivo IV. The Samsung Galaxy S9 has better battery lifetime than BLU Vivo IV, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S9 costs a bit more money than the BLU Vivo IV, but you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
