The HP Veer 4G has a global score of 40.5, which is a bit better than the Celkon A8+'s 38.7 overall score. The HP Veer 4G counts with webOS 2.1 OS, and Celkon A8+ has Android 4.0.1 OS. The HP Veer 4G counts with a bit more vivid display than Celkon A8+, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit worse 400 x 320 resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch.
The Celkon A8+ features a bit faster processing unit than HP Veer 4G, although it has doesn't have a GPU, they both have 1 CPU cores. HP Veer 4G has a much better camera than Celkon A8+, because it has a camera with much more mega-pixels. The HP Veer 4G features a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Celkon A8+, although it has no SD card slot.
The Celkon A8+ counts with a way better battery life than HP Veer 4G, because it has a 1500mAh battery capacity instead of 910mAh.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, HP Veer 4G is also by far the cheapest, making this phone a great choice.
