The Galaxy Note Edge is much better than Celkon Q44, with an 81.7 score against 48.3. The Galaxy Note Edge body is noticeably heavier but somewhat thinner than Celkon Q44. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Galaxy Note Edge has newer 5.0 version while Celkon Q44 has Android 4.4.2, so it counts with a couple additional features.
