Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but ZTE Max+ has 5.1 version and Celkon Q470 has Android 4.2.2, so it provides some nice extra features. The ZTE Max+ design is extremely heavier and thicker than Celkon Q470.

ZTE Max+ has a screen that is just as good as the screen in Celkon Q470, because although the ZTE Max+ has a just a little inferior count of pixels per inch of display, and they both have an equal 1280 x 720 resolution, it also counts with a bigger screen. ZTE Max+ counts with a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than Celkon Q470, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal memory capacity, the ZTE Max+ also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 64 GB.

The Celkon Q470 counts with a bit better performance than ZTE Max+, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor and 3 more processing cores. ZTE Max+ features a superior battery lifetime than Celkon Q470, because it has an 89 percent more battery capacity.

The ZTE Max+'s camera is very similar to the Celkon Q470 one, both of them have the same resolution camera in the back.
