The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a general score of 80.1, which is a little bit better than Fairphone 5's global score of 75.5. Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better cellphone than Fairphone 5, we must highlight that it is also much older, heavier and notably thicker. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has 8.0 Oreo version and Fairphone 5 has Android 13, giving a couple additional features and better performance.
The Fairphone 5 features a bit superior processor than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Fairphone 5 also has more RAM. Fairphone 5 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a just a little inferior amount of pixels per inch of screen and a bit worse resolution of 1224 x 2700, it also counts with a larger screen.
Fairphone 5 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Fairphone 5 shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a way smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light images and videos, it also counts with a way larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a way better resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a little better battery performance than Fairphone 5, because it has a 7% more battery size.
