Comparison review
The Xiaomi 14 is a bit better than the Fairphone 5, getting a score of 79.4 against 75.5. These phones work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi 14 has a more recent 14 version while Fairphone 5 has Android 13. Xiaomi 14 is a thinner and lighter cellphone than Fairphone 5, even when both were released with only a few months difference.
The Xiaomi 14 features a more vivid screen than Fairphone 5, because although it has a little smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1200 x 2670px, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of screen and way more brightness. Fairphone 5 counts with a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi 14. Both of them have 8 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores.
The Xiaomi 14 captures a lot better photographs and videos than Fairphone 5, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the Xiaomi 14 also has a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality and a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photos.
