The Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 80.7, which is way better than Fly Epic IQ4602's score of 50.6. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version and Fly Epic IQ4602 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and better performance. Galaxy Note 3's design is just a little bit thicker but somewhat lighter than Fly Epic IQ4602.
